National Day For Truth and Reconciliation

On this Truth and Reconciliation Day, and every day, the Vancouver Musicians’ Association stands in solidarity with Indigenous communities, acknowledging and learning of the harm of past and present injustices, and doing the work to educate ourselves. Through music, we aim to foster understanding, healing, and unity, and a future rooted in respect.

It is important that we go beyond acknowledgment when taking strides towards reconciliation. Please make sure to continually education yourself about the lands you work and reside on.
