Originally from Scarborough, North Yorkshire and received B.A Jazz (Hons) from Leeds University in England. After working for Holland America Cruise Line as a Musical Director, Phil relocated to Vancouver where he signed with B&C Recording artists "The February March" and performing extensively across Canada and the US.
