Members need to be logged in with a user ID and password.

If you are a new member you will receive an email linking you to your membership profile so you can select a password. If your membership is not current (resignation or expulsion) you will need to contact the office to re-instate prior to being able to log on.

DIRECT DEPOSIT IS NOW AVAILABLE
We now offer Direct Deposit payments. This means no more waiting for the mail to bring your cheque!! You will receive an email statement with the information on the engagement, deductions, payments and GST where applicable. Funds are sent on the same day as the cheque run and can take 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account.
If you would like to have your funds direct deposited you need to fill in the form found in the link above and mail it to us with a voided cheque, or a direct deposit printout from your bank. You MUST sign the form for us to have permission to put funds directly into your account. Our email is NOT encrypted and is therefore not secure, so emailing the completed form and void cheque is strongly discouraged. You can mail the form or deliver it by hand. The forms will also be available at the office.
If you are expecting a cheque through the VMA in the near future, a form will be included with your cheque.
